THE SHORT VERSION
We collect what you type into our forms (so we can call you back), and anonymous usage data (so we know which pages help). We use one anonymous analytics cookie. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't sell your information, and you can ask us to show you or delete what we have by emailing sales@americanrootsgreenhouses.com.
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, or apply as a partner, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, ZIP code, your greenhouse configuration and its price breakdown, timeline, and any message or notes. Partner applications also include business name, partner type, and region.
Information collected automatically. Our own analytics (no third-party analytics service) records: pages viewed, clicks on major buttons, use of on-page tools (the price picker, the wind dial, and similar), the referring site, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from a link that carried them. Wind-tool lookups record the ZIP code queried and the estimated wind result. This data is tied to a random session identifier, not to your name — analytics records are not linked to quote-form submissions by design.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting platform keeps operational logs, which include submitted form contents, for troubleshooting and delivery assurance.

Quote and contact submissions are kept while they're useful for serving you and for our business records. Anonymous analytics events are kept for aggregate reporting. Want yours gone sooner? Section 6 is one email long.
Email sales@americanrootsgreenhouses.com or call (772) 321-6305 to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — we do this manually and confirm when done. Depending on your state, you may have additional statutory rights; the same email is how you exercise any of them with us.
This site sells commercial agricultural buildings and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes post here with a new review date. Material changes to what we collect or share will be called out plainly at the top of this page.
