The 10-year warranty is on the metal structure; how each covering is handled is documented in your written packet.
What are the frames rated for?
120, 140, or 160 mph design wind by Series and 60–80 lb+ snow by configuration, PE-stamped to IBC / ASCE 7 with Foresite Group, Peachtree Corners, GA.
Will my insurer accept the engineering documentation?
Acceptance is the insurer's call. We hand you the document they compare: a PE-stamped plan set against your county's published design numbers.
