We stamp the wind load and the snow load.
Series 100 is 120 mph wind load. Series 200 carries 140 and Series 300 carries 160, on the same pre-assembled platform. Snow load is 60–80 lb+ by configuration. We stamp the wind load and the snow load your county requires, and the PE-stamped plans go straight to your permit office.
The wind load your county requires is public record. We'll read it off the map and point at the series that clears it.

Cool Lock™ white cuts absorbed solar heat by about 69%.
Bare galvanized steel runs a surface past 140°F in the sun and re-radiates that heat into your crop. Our white powder coat absorbs roughly 69% less of it. We spray it in our own booth and coat down to the bolts, since a dark fastener is a heat bridge. That saves cooling money every day the sun is up.

The frame carries every system we sell. Pick a climate package first, then add what your crop pays for.
ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
The house ships sealed, so climate is one purchased path. Active ventilation runs outside air through a wet wall and the length of the house, or a VPD system holds your crop's setpoint with engineered AC. One question on the hub settles it.
ACCESSORIES
The catalog runs from coverings to the light trap kit, each line dressed onto the real model at the same price the build tool shows.

What will the whole project actually cost me?
The build tool prices the structure from our book with no email gate. Your site adds the local lines: concrete pad, freight, installation, utilities. A Greenhouse Expert quotes those for your site, and the long math is in the cost guide at /answers.
What does the greenhouse itself cost?
A Series 100 frame starts at $40,000 for a 30×60 and adds $10,000 per 20-ft section. Coverings, endwalls, doors, and ventilation each carry their own book line in the build tool. Freight and foundation are quoted to your site.
How fast can it be up?
Lead time runs 7 days from order to truck. On site, four people stand a 30×100 in 10–14 days. One kind of carriage bolt holds the kit together, and its square neck seats itself, so an impact drill is the only power tool the build needs.
Will it pass my county's permitting?
PE-stamped structural plans ship with every building. We stamp the wind load and the snow load your county requires. Series 100 is 120 mph wind load, Series 200 is 140, Series 300 is 160. Snow load is 60–80 lb+ by configuration.
Do I need a contractor?
Most buyers build with their own crew. Any local crew with an impact drill can put it up, and we support them through assembly.
What about growing cannabis in it?
Cannabis is most of our customer base. The build tool carries the cultivation options, from interior light dep to the light trap kit, and a Greenhouse Expert checks the combination against your setup.
