THE PAPERWORK — TERMS
REVIEWED — AUGUST 4, 2026
By using www.americanrootsgreenhouses.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms govern the website — any purchase of a greenhouse is governed by the written quote and sales agreement you sign, not this page.
Prices shown on this site, including the build tool's totals, are estimates from our published price book as configured by you. They are honest and current, and they are not a contract: final pricing is confirmed in your written quote after engineering review, and freight, foundation, permits, and site work are quoted to your site. Series 200 and 300 rating upgrades are priced in your quote. We correct book errors when found — an obviously erroneous figure on the site is not an offer we're bound to.
The ZIP wind lookup on the Series page returns an estimate from our own model, provided for education and planning. It is not an engineering determination, a permit document, or a substitute for your county's published design wind speed — which your Greenhouse Expert confirms, and which the stamped engineering set for your building is produced against. Don't make structural, insurance, or purchasing decisions on the estimate alone.
Articles on this site (including the Answers pages and the financing guide) are general education, not engineering, legal, tax, or financial advice for your situation. Financing decisions belong to you and your lender.
Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and yours to give. Don't submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent requests. We may decline to quote any project.
The site, its copy, photography, film, drawings, and tools are ours or licensed to us. Cool Lock™ is a trademark of American Roots. Engineering drawings and stamped documents are provided for your project's permitting and construction, not for reuse. You may share pages and quote documents with your partners, lenders, and advisors — that's what they're for.
That ownership covers the imagery specifically: the CAD renders and the engineering film, the install photographs, the field footage, and the 3D models shown on this site are American Roots Greenhouses property, and they carry embedded copyright metadata. Don't reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or republish them — that includes bulk-downloading frames and using our imagery to sell anything that isn't our building. Want to use something legitimately — press, a partner site, your own project page? Ask: sales@americanrootsgreenhouses.com. The same address takes copyright complaints, including DMCA notices, and a person answers both.
CLAUSE ADDED — AUGUST 4, 2026
No scraping at scale, no interference with the site's operation, no attempts to access the admin area, no use of the site to build a competing price database.
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties as to the site itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This section does not limit or modify the written product warranty that ships with a purchased building — see the warranty page — or any right that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms — changes post here with a new review date. Questions: American Roots Greenhouses, sales@americanrootsgreenhouses.com, (772) 321-6305. The privacy side of the paperwork lives at the privacy policy.
ASKED AND ANSWERED
No — they're honest estimates computed from our published price book as you configure them. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote after engineering review, and local lines like freight and site work are quoted to your site.
No — it's an estimate from our own model, for education and planning. Your county's published design wind speed is the number that matters, and a Greenhouse Expert confirms it before you sign anything.
No. These terms govern the website only. A purchase is governed by the written quote and sales agreement you sign, which also carries the product warranty terms.
