How long does the whole process take, deposit to growing?
7 days to the truck, 10–14 days of assembly. With pad and permit run in parallel, most projects are growing inside six to eight weeks of deposit.
Do I need a crane or a construction crew?
4 capable people with an impact drill raise it in 10–14 days, and no crane comes to the site. Prefer turnkey? A crew gets scoped in your quote.
What do you check before I sign anything?
Your county's published design wind speed. It decides your Series, and the permit desk compares it against the stamped plans. We check it before any money moves.
What's the most common delay?
The concrete pad. Book your concrete contractor the day you put down a deposit, and start the permit the same day.
When should I order to be growing by spring?
Work backward: two weeks of assembly, two to six weeks of pad and permit in parallel, plus fit-out. For most buyers that's a late-fall deposit.
